Help BSPP digitalize and standardize asset management to optimize 30 M€ maintenance, strengthen decision-making, and enhance 79 fire stations.
Context
The Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP) owns a real estate portfolio of 450,000 m², including 150,000 m² of housing. With an annual maintenance budget of 30 million euros, the BSPP has audited and mapped its 79 fire stations in Oxand Simeo to strengthen the management of its real estate assets.
The BSPP aims to modernize the management of its property assets through organizational transformation and the digitalization of its processes. In this context, it seeks to reinforce the decision-support role of the Infrastructure Support Office (BSI) for its command, to centralize, standardize, and formalize knowledge of its assets, and to guide its maintenance and renewal operations in a more factual and concrete manner in order to balance budget control with building quality.
