Context
SNCF engaged Oxand for a project owner assistance (AMO) mission on the Bretagne–Pays de la Loire high-speed rail line (LGV). The goal was to manage the interfaces between various projects and associated risks in order to secure the commissioning date of the LGV Bretagne–Pays de la Loire, scheduled for May 2017.

What did we do?
Identification, assessment, and definition of treatment plans for interface risks between projects: facilitation and coordination of workshops involving the project owner (MOA), delegated project owner, and project management teams to establish a shared understanding of interface risks and their valuation
