The client operates infrastructure assets under concession from the French State, including three exceptional structures that are strategic for the regional economy. In the medium term, these assets are due to be handed back to the State, and the client aims to return them in a condition that ensures future operation under optimal safety and comfort conditions.
Oxand supports its clients in this process by implementing a robust, objective, and tailored multi-year maintenance program to ensure the infrastructure is handed over in good condition at the end of the concession period.
What did we do?
Collect and analyze existing data on infrastructure assets (civil engineering structures, roadways, technical and operational buildings, etc.)
Consolidate the data using new diagnostics (concrete aging in structures, fatigue of metal components, condition of safety barriers, suspension cables, and stay cables, etc.)
Define maintenance policies
Model the aging of infrastructure assets
Gains
A formalized and centralized asset knowledge base with no duplicate data entry
An objective and concise view of the evolution of asset condition and associated risks
A projection of multiple asset management scenarios
