As a team, we continuously learn, and our team is certified in PRINCE2 Project Management, Business Process Model and Notation, and IAM Asset Management.

We share our acquired knowledge, expertise, and experience with a wide range of clients through our Academy. In the past year, for example, we have provided leadership training in asset management (together with our business partner TwynstraGudde), basic and advanced asset management training, project acceptance management training, and a 24-hour session with the MT of Stedelijk Beheer Amsterdam. In our training sessions, we often bring theory to life by using serious gaming. For example, we use the Asset management game & Synergy games and we introduce Building Information Management theory through a BIM game that was developed for the Municipality of Amsterdam and CROW.

Your mission

In your role, you’ll be able to apply the theory you learned during your studies at the Technical University. You’ll collaborate, brainstorm, and develop challenging projects and solutions for Dutch infrastructure and real estate. You’ll be deployed as a consultant to contractors, government organizations, and/or private asset owners, offering the opportunity to broaden your horizons or specialize right away. You’ll be in charge of your own career and, together with your team leader, you’ll focus on your future!

• You have completed a degree at a Technical University
• You have graduated (or are about to graduate) or already have some work experience (approximately 1-2 years)
• You take initiative and are eager to learn
• You are a strong analytical thinker
• You are not afraid to take a critical stance, are persistent, and strive for maximum results
• You are not afraid of challenges and are able to work both independently and as part of a team
