AEROPORT DE PARIS

Context

Groupe ADP operates and develops the Paris airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Le Bourget), managing one of the world’s largest airport systems. Facing growing operational complexity, aging infrastructure, and increasing performance expectations, ADP launched an Operational Excellence Program focused on strategic asset maintenance. ADP is facing some challenges : Ensure optimal availability and performance of high-priority infrastructure assets, Prioritize investment and maintenance based on risk rather than corrective action, Improve visibility and strategic decision-making across a vast and diversified asset base.

What did we do?

  • Deployment of Oxand SIMEO on 3 major platforms, covering ~60 strategic buildings

  • Simulation and risk mapping of critical assets to assess degradation and forecast maintenance needs

  • Prioritization of monitoring and action plans based on asset criticality and associated risks

  • Development of a strategic dashboard to support high-level maintenance and investment decisions

Gains

Improved risk-based decision-making for maintenance and investment across strategic facilities

Enhanced visibility and prioritization across a complex portfolio of assets

Standardized monitoring and reporting to support operational excellence and executive oversight
