The City of Le Havre owns a predominantly post-war asset portfolio, with varying levels of quality. In order to rationalize its existing buildings, the City now faces challenges related to maintenance, deconstruction, disposal, and optimization. To address these, it aims to implement a digital tool for asset maintenance, enabling the development of robust and sustainable multi-year plans. The City also manages a significant school property portfolio, with over 70 schools and more than 300 buildings in total. To maintain these infrastructures, it invests more than 3 million euros annually in school assets.
