Context

With a portfolio of 231 buildings comprising 1,612 housing units—88% of which are collective housing and 12% individual housing—Douarnenez Habitat aims to deploy the Oxand Simeo™ solution to harmonize real estate asset management and shift from reactive to predictive management, enabling better control of risks and financial investments. Douarnenez Habitat also seeks to communicate its decisions clearly and objectively to various stakeholders by assessing the impact of maintenance or rehabilitation operations.
