In’li optimizes the management of its residences and integrates an energy performance objective with the help of Oxand Simeo

Context

In’li manages 306 social or intermediate housing residences in the Île-de-France region. The technical management of the real estate portfolio aims to align operational needs with In’li’s strategic vision. The project with Oxand is intended to ensure full control over the asset environment and all building components, while embracing an environmental approach focused on improving energy performance and reducing operational costs.
