This document is intended to explain, as transparently as possible, how we process your data when you visit the OXAND website and when you fill out a form to request a demo or contact an expert.

1. Purpose and Legal Basis
The purpose of this processing is to enable us to contact you to provide a demonstration or personalized advice, in response to your request.
We may send you messages regarding our latest news. You may object to this at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer, whose contact information is provided at the end of this document.
Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) : We collect data via the form as part of pre-contractual measures to enable us to discuss your requests with a view to a potential contract.

The data is collected from the information provided by individuals who wish to receive information via the contact form on the OXAND website.
Data may also be collected during our communications (by phone, email, or other means).

The data fields are required : without this information, we will not be able to contact you.

The processing does not involve automated decision-making

The data is intended exclusively for OXAND. Within OXAND, the recipients of the data are :

4. Data transfers outside the EU
No data is transferred outside the European Union.
5. Data retention period
Data is retained for a period of 3 years from the date of our last contact, and may, of course, be deleted earlier at your request by contacting our Data Protection Officer, whose contact information is provided at the end of this document.

OXAND takes the necessary steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, including implementing technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.

Vous pouvez accéder et obtenir copie des données vous concernant, vous opposer au traitement de ces données, les faire rectifier ou les faire effacer. Vous disposez également d’un droit à la limitation du traitement de vos données.
Vous disposez également du droit de formuler des directives spécifiques et générales concernant la conservation, l’effacement et la communication de vos données post-mortem.
La communication de directives spécifiques post-mortem et l’exercice de ces droits s’effectuent par l’envoi d’un courrier par voie postale au DPO dont les coordonnées sont précisées ci-dessous. Les demandes s’agissant du sort des données post mortem doivent être accompagnées d’une copie d’un titre d’identité afin d’être traitées.
