Context
Cantal Habitat runs an estate of close to 3,800 homes. The landlord knew its stock reasonably well, but that knowledge rested largely on its officers and area managers. The point was to centralise it in a tool, draw robust indicators of technical condition and energy performance from it, and feed the strategic estate plan to come.
Our solution
- 01 Review and structure the data The available data reviewed and structured.
- 02 Complete the collection The collection of the missing data carried through.
- 03 Train the teams in three sessions Getting started and navigation; entering and loading the inventory; updating the data and running scenarios.

Questions about this reference
What estate does Cantal Habitat manage?
Close to 3,800 homes, whose technical condition and energy performance are now mapped in Oxand Simeo™.
Why take the knowledge out of the officers' hands?
Because knowledge carried by area managers does not compare across areas and leaves at the first departure. Centralised, it becomes a shared base on which a trade-off can be defended.
What is multi-dimensional performance?
Technical condition and energy performance read on the same estate and in the same reference, so a budget trade-off can weigh both at once.
What does this give the strategic estate plan?
Its material: a reliable map and a simulation tool with which to draw the investment trajectories.
