The Haute-Marne departmental council runs a rich and highly varied estate: 273 buildings across 78 sites, over 220,000 m² of built area. The department launched CAP'2030, an ambitious strategic plan for its territory. It is in that frame that it set out to map the condition and risk of its estate, and to give its elected members an investment trajectory at short, medium and long range.
