In order to rationalize its existing buildings, the City now faces challenges related to maintenance, deconstruction, disposal, and optimization. To address these, it aims to implement a digital tool for asset maintenance, enabling the development of robust and sustainable multi-year plans. The City also manages a significant school property portfolio, with over 70 schools and more than 300 buildings in total. To maintain these infrastructures, it invests more than 3 million euros annually in school assets.
