What is the objective of the work with Oxand?

To align the technical management of the estate with In'li's strategic vision, taking full control of the asset environment and its building components while pursuing an environmental approach that improves energy performance and lowers operating costs.

How is the energy objective built into the plan rather than added to it?

Maintenance strategies are simulated and each is evaluated for its effect on the energy performance of the residences, so the scenario finally chosen optimises maintenance, energy performance and cost together instead of trading one against the others.

What horizon do the investment needs cover?

Five to fifteen years, planned objectively, with rehabilitations anticipated far enough ahead for the different departments to coordinate around them.

Who carries the subject at In'li?
