Context
SNCF engaged Oxand for a project owner assistance (AMO) mission on the Bretagne–Pays de la Loire high-speed rail line (LGV). The goal was to manage the interfaces between various projects and associated risks in order to secure the commissioning date of the LGV Bretagne–Pays de la Loire, scheduled for May 2017.
Our Solution
- Identification, assessment, and definition of treatment plans for interface risks between projects facilitation and coordination of workshops involving the project owner (MOA), delegated project owner, and project management teams to establish a shared understanding of interface risks and their valuation
- Management of the interface risk dashboard
- Facilitation and coordination of an annual communication meeting bringing together the project owner, delegated project owner, and project management teams
- Training and support for the SNCF team in project risk management
