Context
The Région Bretagne is responsible for a particularly large property estate: more than 1,700 buildings, including over 110 upper secondary schools, and more than 2 million m² of floor area. The regional authority set out to capitalise on the knowledge it holds of that estate and to strengthen it, so that its choices and its strategies could be relied on and the right actions taken at the right time.
