Seine Ouest Habitat et Patrimoine came out of the merger of SEMADS and Montrouge Habitat, to widen its capacity to invest. The social landlord runs close to 11,000 homes across 180 residences and seven municipalities in the Hauts-de-Seine. It set out to make its strategic estate plan more agile and to put a tool behind it — so that projecting ten years of spend stops being an exercise rebuilt from scratch each cycle.
