Context
France under delegated operations (Veolia). With inventory and asset knowledge held by the delegate, SEDIF lacked traceability to challenge proposals and justify major renewals. Oxand helped consolidate a patrimonial reference and build a 15-year, risk-based investment trajectory to support decision-making and stakeholder communication.
Our Solution
- Built a consolidated asset registry from Veolia CMMS extracts
- Defined rules for asset families, aging, costs and risk
- Simulated 15-year scenarios to balance risk reduction and spend
- Trained SEDIF teams to update and use the tool autonomously
What Oxand delivered
-
Risk-based 15-year PPI with a controlled ~€10M/year envelope
-
Shared, quantitative reporting for teams and elected officials
