Context
The Alpes-Maritimes Departmental Council aims to define and manage a renovation plan for its real estate portfolio of 177 sites, incorporating an energy performance trajectory to meet the objectives of the French regulations (Décret Tertiaire), which applies to its 71 middle schools and 30 additional sites. CD06 needs to map current energy performance and define energy consumption trajectories over time in order to visualize the full scope of investment needs.
