Context
The client operates infrastructure assets under concession from the French State, including three exceptional structures that are strategic for the regional economy. In the medium term, these assets are due to be handed back to the State, and the client aims to return them in a condition that ensures future operation under optimal safety and comfort conditions. Oxand supports its clients in this process by implementing a robust, objective, and tailored multi-year maintenance program to ensure the infrastructure is handed over in good condition at the end of the concession period.
